Parking is ticketless, the barrier opens AUTOMATICALLY upon reading the license plate (registration number). Don’t forget to check your parking time when leaving.
No entry for LPG/CNG cars
The center offers 490 parking spaces on the -2 and -3 floors. The maximum vehicle height for entry to the parking lot is 2.2m. The parking lot is open from 6:00 to 22:30 (or 15 minutes after the last cinema screening at Cinemax).

Dear customers, due to technical reasons, entry of cars with CNG/LPG will be prohibited. We ask you not to park in the underground parking lot of Novum Prešov.
Parking is ticket-based. Upon entering the underground garage, please press the button at the barrier to receive a parking ticket. Don’t forget to check your parking time when leaving.

Take advantage of a safe and quick way to withdraw cash with our ATMs from ČSOB, UniCredit Bank, and VÚB, located on the -1 floor near the Lidl store.
While shopping, you can conveniently charge your electric car or plug-in hybrid at the AC or DC station from the company ejoin. For charging, you can use one of the connectors of type ChAdeMO/CCS/Type2. For charging an electric car, it is most advantageous to authorize using the ejoin charging card. You can easily obtain it by registering on the company’s website www.ejoin.sk. You can find the charging station at -2 Parking.
Did you come to us on an electric bicycle? You can also charge it for free at our stand. You can find it in front of the entrance on the -1 floor. You can also inflate your tires or use the toolkit for minor repairs.
We have equipped our center with an automated external defibrillator (AED). It is a very safe and useful device designed to provide first aid to a person suffering from sudden cardiac arrest, located at our Information desk on the ground floor.

For our youngest visitors and their parents, a changing corner is always available if needed, which you can find in both the men’s and women’s restrooms.
Throughout the shopping center, you can use free WiFi. You have access to the internet while shopping, having coffee, or during a business meeting in one of our restaurants.

Do you want to have your package always at hand? 🗳️ In the Z-box from Packeta or Alzabox, you can pick it up or drop it off quickly and safely. You can find them right at the entrance to floor -2 Parking. To pick up your package, you just need to get out of the car.
