How to do it?
You can purchase the Novum Prešov gift card at our Information desk at the main entrance from the theater.
MON-FRI from 10:00 – 13:00 and from 14:00 – 20:00
SAT-SUN from 10:00 – 14:00 and from 15:00-20:00
The gift card is a payment card with prepaid credit. You can load it only once, with an amount from €10 to €250. You can use the gift card multiple times in various stores in Novum, up to the balance of the monetary deposit.
The gift card can be used in stores in the Novum Prešov shopping center except for Euronails, Inspire Hair, Nuti, Optika Vanesa, Smartshop 4ka, Cinemax, Lidl, Action, Muddy’s Coffee, Niké, Radosť, O2 Slovakia, Sen, and banks.
What is the validity of the card?
The card is valid for 1 year from its purchase.
The expiration date of the card is marked on the back of the card and cannot be extended.
The value of the card cannot be paid out or exchanged for cash.
The gift card is valid only in the Novum Prešov shopping center.
The service is free; no additional fees will be charged.
The gift card can be combined with cash or another payment card when paying in stores, but it is not possible to combine two gift cards in one payment.
After the expiration of the gift card, you will not be able to use the remaining balance.
You are not entitled to a refund of the balance on the gift card.
The gift card is not contactless; payment is made via a magnetic stripe. The value of the gift card cannot be paid out or exchanged for cash.
As a cardholder, you can easily check the balance via the QR code on the back of the card or enter the Token number from the back of your card here. Alternatively, you can inquire directly at our Information desk.

Rejected Novum Prešov gift card
Payment with the card may be rejected for the following reasons:
Low balance on the card
If the value of your purchase in the store is higher than the balance on the card, you can request to split the bill. Part of the purchase will be paid with the Novum gift card, and the rest will be paid in cash or with a regular payment card.
The gift card is not valid
The expiration date of the Novum gift card is indicated on the back of the card.
Another error occurred
Please contact Novum Prešov Information.
The card is empty, the expiration date has passed
You can return the gift card with no funds to our Information desk or recycle it at home along with paper. 🙂
Loss or theft of the card
When purchasing the gift card, we will issue a receipt with purchase details. In case of loss or theft of the card, present this receipt at our Information desk. Our system will then allow us to block the funds on this card, and we can issue you another card with the same value. The transfer of funds from the old card to the new card is subject to a fee of €10. Therefore, the transfer is only possible with a minimum balance of €10 on the gift card.
